We care deeply about how garments perform beyond first impressions — including how fabric feels during wear, how structure holds over time, how finishes behave after washing, how silhouettes maintain balance, and how details contribute to the overall experience of the product.
Products may undergo multiple stages of review before final approval and dispatch, which can include fabric inspection, stitching review, measurement verification, finishing inspection, print assessment, presentation checks, and overall garment evaluation.
These processes are intended to support consistency, refinement, and quality-focused execution across production.
While disciplined standards are maintained throughout development, garments are still produced through real manufacturing processes using natural materials and technical finishing methods. Because of this, slight variations may naturally occur between individual pieces or production batches.
Minor differences in texture, dye tone, print placement, stitching appearance, measurements, or fabric character do not necessarily indicate manufacturing defects.
Accepted measurement tolerance may vary approximately within ±0.5 inch depending on garment category, fabric structure, and production method.
Certain garment washes, dye treatments, textures, and finishing techniques are intentionally designed to create subtle depth, uniqueness, and character within the product.
GARMENT CARE & LONG-TERM WEAR
AVNTA products are developed with durability-focused standards and construction-conscious manufacturing methods. However, fabric behavior and garment condition may naturally evolve over time depending on wear frequency, washing practices, environmental exposure, storage conditions, and overall garment care.
To help preserve long-term product quality, customers are encouraged to:
• Review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchase
• Inspect garments upon delivery
• Follow all care instructions provided with the product
• Avoid excessive heat exposure or harsh washing methods
• Handle prints, treatments, and specialty finishes with appropriate care
• Store garments responsibly to help maintain shape and presentation
Improper washing, misuse, chemical exposure, excessive force, unauthorized alterations, neglect, or failure to follow recommended care practices may affect fabric performance, print longevity, shape retention, finishing quality, and overall garment lifespan.
Natural wear over time is not considered a manufacturing defect.
QUALITY GUARANTEE & DEFECT REVIEW
AVNTA stands behind the quality and development standards of its products. If a genuine manufacturing issue is identified, we will review the concern carefully and work toward an appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue and overall product condition.
A manufacturing defect generally refers to a production-related issue present prior to customer use that materially affects the garment’s quality, functionality, or intended wearability.
Examples of concerns that may qualify for review include:
• Severe stitching failures
• Holes or tears present upon delivery
• Major print damage present before use
• Incorrect item received
• Significant construction faults affecting wearability or usability
The following generally do not qualify as manufacturing defects:
• Minor loose threads
• Slight stitching irregularities
• Subtle texture variation
• Minimal measurement differences within accepted tolerance
• Natural fabric behavior or softening over time
• Slight dye shade variation between production batches
• Small print placement variation
• Lighting, screen, or display-based color appearance differences
REPORTING PRODUCT CONCERNS
If a customer believes a product contains a genuine manufacturing defect or fulfillment issue, the concern should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To support accurate review and faster resolution, customers may be requested to provide:
• Clear photographs of the product and issue
• Images of packaging and shipping materials
• Original tags attached to the product
• Additional verification or unboxing footage where reasonably available
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged through misuse, or handled inconsistently with recommended care practices may not qualify for defect-related review.
Claims may also be declined where available information reasonably indicates misuse, external damage, unauthorized alteration, or non-manufacturing-related wear.
